HIGH RISE INVESTIGATIONS
Over the last 6 years, we have completed over 350 investigations for high rise developments across the Gold Coast.
SLOPE STABILITY ASSESSMENTS
Over the last 6 years, we have completed over 700 slope stability assessments for challenging sites throughout South East Queensland, Northern New South Wales, across Australia and the South Pacific.
NEW BUILD / RENOVATION INVESTIGATIONS
Over the last 6 years, we have completed over 5300 investigations for residential projects.
From one off properties to 600-lot subdivisions, no project is too big or too small.
ACID SULFATE INVESTIGATIONS
Over the last 6 years, we have completed over 800 investigations to determine the presence or otherwise of acid sulfate soils on a development sites and develop plans to enable environmentally responsible construction to be undertaken.
Projects
Local Councils
We work closely with various councils (City of Logan, Brisbane City Council, City of Gold Coast and Redland City Council) to provide geotechnical investigations for new infrastructure, parks, and roads.
Calypso Bay
We provide on-going support to the Calypso Bay canal estate, from construction inspections through to providing cost-effective and suitable design recommendations for the challenging soil conditions.
Gemlife Retirement Villages
We work closely with over 50’s retirement village developer Gemlife to support the development and construction of their large scale residential developments located throughout QLD, NSW and VIC.
Fiji
Working with Fiji Energy, we undertook a geotechnical investigation for a proposed substation.
Kiribati
We undertook a geotechnical investigation in Kiribati for a proposed warehouse as part of a humanity services program.
Palm Beach to Tugun
In partnership with Geoinventions, we undertook an extensive geotechnical drilling program as part of the upgrade to the Palm Beach to Tugun section of the motorway.
Coomera Connector
In partnership with Fulton Hogan, we provide geotechnical drilling services for the Coomera Connector project with the provision of multiple geotechnicians, drilling rigs and CPT rigs.
Redland City Council
On behalf of the Redland City Council, we are undertaking on-going investigations and monitoring of the revetment walls throughout the Raby Bay Canal estate.
Lismore Temporary Housing
We utilized in-house resources to rapidly support Hutchinson Builders with the temporary housing estate that was developed to support victims of the Northern NSW floods.
Theme Parks
We have provided geotechnical advice and investigations for all of the major theme parks across the Gold Coast since the formation of our company including works for new rides, attractions and infrastructure throughout Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet & Wild, Seaworld, and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
